The Vibra 1 Sheller

The Vibra 1 Sheller

The Vibra 1 Pecan Sheller is our Small Sheller that shells and cleans any size nut. It adjusts easily by turning the adjustment knob. The Vibra 1 as a cleaner will remove up to 90% of the shell from the nut meats to give you beautiful clean halves. Each motor is individually controlled which allow the nuts to be rerun for additional cleaning. It comes equipped with an adjustable damper plate to fine tune the cleaning process.  The Vibra Sheller will shell about 80 to 100 lbs per hour depending on the variety of nut and is designed to keep up with one pecan cracker.
