All sales are final, no refunds or returns. Machines are built per order. Full Payment is now required on all orders unless arranged in advance. Any orders placed with Partial Deposits can not be canceled and are binding. Deposits are non refundable. T.I. Thomson Industries Inc. is not liable for production losses of any kind due to delay. Production times are estimated and are subject to change. Equipment must be picked up within 90 days of the invoice date or a storage fee will be charged per day thereafter.
All shipping is paid by the customer directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery. T.I. Thomson Industries Inc is not liable for any damage sustained during shipping and is the sole responsibility of the shipping company. All shipping to and from on Warrantied items is paid for by the customer and not covered under the Warranty.

New equipment has a (1) year warranty on Parts and Labor starting from the date of Invoice. Reconditioned or Rebuilt Equipment has a (90) day warranty on Parts and Labor starting from the date of Invoice. Used Equipment is sold As Is. By accepting this order you agree to the terms set forth here.
